Support

A real person reads this inbox. Last updated 24 September 2026

Email support@nimmi.food: we aim to reply within two business days. Telling us your iPhone model, your iOS version and the app version from Settings → About in Nimmi gets you a useful answer faster.

Cancel a subscription

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
  3. Choose Nimmi, then Cancel Subscription.

You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription, and only Apple can cancel it; we have no way to do it from our end. You can also manage everything at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Full subscription terms.

Restore a purchase on a new iPhone

Sign in with the same Apple Account you bought with, open Nimmi and tap Restore purchases in Settings. Because Nimmi has no account of its own, your subscription travels with your Apple Account rather than with a login.

Ask for a refund

Apple handles all billing and refunds for App Store purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a bug or a bad recipe is the reason, email us as well so we can fix it.

My store isn't in the list

Tell us the name and the city at support@nimmi.food. Aisle maps ship as data, so a new one reaches you without waiting for an App Store update. The halal butchers, South Asian, East Asian, African and Caribbean grocers are the whole point of the app, so these requests go to the front of the queue.

Something's wrong with a recipe

If a recipe isn't how the dish is actually cooked, if a quantity looks wrong, or if an ingredient should carry a “check the label” note and doesn't, please tell us: support@nimmi.food. Include the recipe name. Corrections from people who grew up cooking the dish are the most valuable mail we get, and they ship as data updates.

My week came back short

That's deliberate. Your dietary requirements are hard constraints, so if there aren't enough recipes that satisfy all of them, Nimmi gives you fewer nights rather than quietly slipping something in that doesn't fit. Adding another cuisine in Settings usually fills the week. More recipes land every month.

Your data

Nimmi has no account and no server of ours: your preferences, plans and lists live on your iPhone only. Deleting the app deletes all of it. The one record kept off your phone is your purchase, which is what a restore relies on. See the privacy policy.

Accessibility

Nimmi is built for VoiceOver and Dynamic Type through the accessibility sizes, works in light and dark, and never uses colour alone to convey state. If something is hard to use with the settings you rely on, that's a bug. Email us and we'll treat it as one.

Requirements

iPhone running iOS 18 or later. Nimmi works fully offline; there's no iPad or Mac version yet.
